FIDFH™ / IFFHD™, a non-profit organization under Quebec law, is the data controller for the processing carried out on the platform.
Data collected
Identifiers (name, email address), training progress and results, documents deposited on your account, exchanged messages, notification preferences and audit logs (for security purposes).
Purposes
Training and learning-path management, support by the team, service security and integrity, notifications and service-related communications.
Legal basis
Performance of the training contract, legal obligations (Quebec Loi 25 on the protection of personal information) and legitimate security interest.
Retention period

Recipients
